Aynur Baghirzade was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. She received her first degree in Law from Baku State University in 1998, which she graduated with honors. She got her L.L.M. degree with specialization in Intellectual Property Law from University of Connecticut School of Law in 2007, to which she was selected as a result of her winning a scholarship from the U.S. State Department's Edmund Muskie program.
She started her career in law enforcement agencies, but after working for them for a while joined Procter & Gamble's office as a brand protection lawyer. She was awarded by Procter & Gamble for the best anti-counterfeiting campaign. In 2004-2006 she worked for the bank, where she dealt with reviewing transactions with such international financial institutions as International Finance Corporation, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, DEG, ICD and others. During her experience as a lawyer she supervised numerous types of business transaction with international and foreign corporations. In 2016 she was granted a green card by the U.S. State Department as to outstanding lawyer with advanced degree. Aynur also has some experience in employment discrimination and personal injury cases. She is also an author of numerous articles on different subjects of Law published by reputable journals and magazines.
Aynur is a licensed attorney in the State of California and currently lives in Irvine, Orange County. She is a member of Los Angeles Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association.
